Subject: Aloha, from Hawaii

Aloha,

I just wanted to drop a line and thank you for your fantastic products. I'm extremely fast-twitch dominant and have a very active metabolism so gaining anything was difficult, until I stumbled across your site (I think I was reading sites about Edgar Cayce and somehow found yours). I work my upper body on still rings and do full squats for my legs. I also surf, bodyboard, paddle my longboard, dive and swim, one of these 2-3 times a week. Your products, along with my exercise have helped to create a rather unique physique.

When I was working at a traditional gym taking tons of protein shakes, aminos and creatine at best I was around 140. Currently I am 130 and I am larger than I have ever been. I have gained a shirt and pant size. I visually look like I should weigh as much as some of my friends who are 25+ pounds heaver than I am (if they were shredded). My endurance is through the roof, lung capacity feels like it's continually increasing AND I have not lost any size even if I get lazy about taking your products. I still hover at 130 and continue to gain strength, size, endurance and athleticism (I was concerned about gaining size without weight till I found out that Jordan Jovtchev weighs around 136) . Thank you, thank you, thank you for your amazing products, I love the naturalness of it all and thanks for not charging me for shipping. I know it costs you more to send it to me over here, but I really appreciate it.

I have a few questions ..... With the beef liver is it ok to mix it with V8 v-fusion? it contains vegetable and fruit juice, no sugar added however the label states it has 2% calcium. Is this calcium ok to mix with the iron in the liver? or will it bind together.

V8 V-fusion ingredients: Reconstituted vegetable juice blend (water and concentrated juices of sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, beets). Reconstituted fruit juice blend(water and concentrated juices of white grapes, oranges, apples, strawberries, and clarified bananas). Contains less than 2% of the following ingredients: Natural flavoring, banana puree, malic acid, vitaminc (ascorbic acid), Citric acid, vitamine E (alpha tocopherylacetate).

Mahalo, again for everything. If your ever come to the Big Island e-mail me please. I know some great places to eat. Also let me know if you drink coffee.....

Aloha,
KC

Dear KC,

Thank you for the kind words. That's great that you are doing so well.

The beef liver powder can be mixed with any juice. Any juice may have a small amount of calcium but the proportion is so small compared to the amount of calcium found in dairy products (see chart).

Here is Mike's reply to your email: "You live in Hawaii and you want to drink canned vegetable juice? Surely you jest. Buy a Jack Lalanne juicer and juice your native products. I'm really partial to coconuts and pineapples myself, though you don't need a juicer for either one. No, we don't drink coffee, you need to read Welcome to the Dance."

Mike emphasizes the fresh juice because the enzymes are present in fresh juice that are destroyed when canned. Personally, I drink hot tea (black, Earl Grey, oolong, Thai, and green). My mother is from England and that is how I was brought up. I've never had coffee. I love the smell and sipped a tiny bit once but didn't like it.

Sincerely,
Dianne
